Every registered user can add parents to any cat which parents are missing if the cat is not linked to litter information (don't have parents, date of birth or breeder) - also to cats to which information you don't have edit rights. Select "Information of litter" link in Full information of a cat-page to add parents or date of birth to the cat.
Only user who has created a cat or who has edit right to cat information may add mating date, breeder or other remarks to litter information.
Remember to save the information by clicking "Save"-button.
